Job Description

At MV Advancements our mission is to assist adults who experience a disability in developing to their highest potential and achieving fulfilling lives. As a Supported Living Program Assistant Manager youll play a pivotal role in helping adults with I/DD achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives in their communities. The Supported Living Program (SLP) supports individuals who live independently in their apartments/homes but need outside support to make that independent living possible. This team provides schedule pointintime and emergency support as needed in a deeply personcentered way. We believe in meeting people where they are and supporting them in getting where they want to be. As the Assistant Manager for this team you will carry a caseload providing direct support to individuals and supporting the Program Manager with various administrative functions.

What Youll Do

As the Assistant Manager youll partner with the Program Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of our Supported Living program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a team of dedicated staff members who provide individualized services to clients in their homes and communities.
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients their families and community partners through direct support and through accurate and timely administrative support.
  • Coordinating schedules training and resources to ensure highquality support for your team of DSPs.
  • Upholding program standards and compliance with state regulations.
  • Assisting with the development of personcentered plans that foster independence and personal growth.

Salary

This position starts at a competitive wage of $24.50 per hour with a 15 shift differential. All hours worked between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday and Sunday earn a shift differential of 15 of your hourly rate! At $24.50 your shift differential would be $3.67 per hour for a total hourly rate of $28.17 for evenings and weekends!

What Were Looking For

Were seeking someone who brings a balance of leadership skills empathy and problemsolving abilities to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in human services social work or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with adults with I/DD and familiarity with Supported Living programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Available to work weekdays with the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
