Location: Leicestershire (Officebased)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 4:30 PM (flexibility considered)
Salary: Up to 40000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a wellestablished familyrun business specialising in highquality
window and door installations. With a reputation for exceptional customer service and attention to detail the
company is seeking a dedicated Sales & Order Processing Administrator to join their dynamic team.
In this pivotal role you will manage the endtoend order process from initial customer enquiry through to final
order placement ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams alike.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and quotations accurately using Business Micros Evolution software.
Liaise with suppliers through various portals to confirm product availability and lead times.
Maintain uptodate pricing information within the system addressing any discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
Handle invoicing tasks ensuring accuracy and resolving any related issues.
Generate reports to support sales and operational decisionmaking.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email addressing enquiries and concerns
professionally.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in order processing and quoting within a similar industry.
Proficiency in Business Micros Evolution software is highly desirable.
Strong IT literacy including familiarity with supplier portals and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customercentric approach.
Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with strong organisational skills.
