Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Scrum Facilitation
Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum events including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospectives
Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture by promoting open communication and information sharing
Metrics and Reporting
Assist in tracking key Agile metrics such as team velocity burndown charts and release burndown to provide insights into team performance
Generate and maintain reports that highlight project progress and potential impediments
Continuous Improvement
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery capabilities.
Identify and address impediments to the teams progress and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Basic understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
Analytical problem solving and communications skills
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with peers IT management and staff
Knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. Jira)
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment

Candidate Qualifications:
Have at least one academic year left at community college
Available to work 20 hours minimum per week (work will be a hybrid style with the majority of time in the office located at 151 N Franklin
Earn passing grades (of a C or higher) in coursework
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Continue meeting program requirements with One Million Degrees including attending Saturday Development Sessions meetings with your program coordinator and coach etc.

In District of Columbia California Colorado Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New York and Washington the national base pay range for this job level is $35000 to $65000 determinations are based on various factors including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and location.
