We are seeking an organized friendly and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

What Youll Be Doing:
- First Point of Contact: Be the welcoming voice of the company answering calls setting appointments and addressing customer inquiries.
- Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential clients schedule appointments send estimates and follow up on completed jobs and leads.
- Schedule Management: Keep the schedules organized and ensure smooth coordination between the office and field techs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records updating information and ensuring seamless communication.
- Administrative Support: Assist with light office tasks including document editing customer followups and general office organization.
- Customer Engagement: Calling on pastdues invoicing engaging with customers to ensure they are 100 satisfied with services.
- Scheduling: schedule and dispatch techs to ensure smooth work flow efficiency for each customer.

Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $22$25/hr after probation period with performancebased increases.
