Job Description
Heritage Interiors is seeking a motivated knowledgeable and customerfocused Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team. At Heritage Interiors we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and topquality flooring solutions. From hardwood to carpet tile to vinyl we help customers transform their spaces with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom providing expert guidance on flooring products and services
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable flooring options
- Provide accurate pricing quotes and product availability information
- Maintain showroom appearance and update product displays
- Follow up on leads process sales transactions and coordinate with the installation team
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or flooring sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and computer skills for processing sales and quotes
- High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to spend your day on the computer or in the field for long periods of time depending on the project
