Job Description

EnSafe is seeking a dedicated and experiencedEnvironmental Scientist or Geologistto join our professional team in one of our Florida offices: Jacksonville Tampa or Pensacola. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

EnSafe is an employeeowned environmental consulting and engineering firm. We strive to provide cuttingedge creative solutions for our clients. For over 44 years EnSafe has provided regulatory compliance site assessment engineering and remediation services for private industry and all levels of government. EnSafe has adeptly and concurrently executed hundreds of cleanups at military installations Superfund sites Airports and other Commercial Federal and State sites.

What We Are Looking For

An Environmental Scientist or Geologist with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational abilities in traditional project coordination including project setup and management executing field work writing reports hiring subcontractors and associated client communications/consulting.

What You Will Be Doing:

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (fieldwork reports project management).

Site Investigations (Phase II and/or other related soil groundwater and soil gas/vapor sampling work).

Project management (fully executing the scope of work ensuring field tasks meet internal and external requirements while adhering to cost and time budgets).

Client communication and relationship management.

Work under the guidance of project managers and senior staff.

Writing technical reports.

Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of a BS in geology environmental science or a related field.

812years of experience performing Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments.

Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Programs including Word and Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.

Occasional overnight travel is likely.
