Saint Lukes Plaza is seeking a Lab Support Associate to join our team. In this role you will have the opportunity to collect process and/or distribute lab specimens to inhouse or reference destinations.
Shift Details:PRN
Responsibilities:
Aids in preparing specimens for analysis.
May assist with routine technical procedures.
Prepares blood components as directed including sign in out.
Performs diverse clerical duties including order processing report filing patient billing enter retrieving lab data canceling tests problemsolving.
Communicates with clients and staff in providing test order or collection information problemsolving or referral and providing test result information per protocol.
Aids in maintaining section safety cleanliness quality control and general supply inventory levels
