What will you do As a Senior Product Manager you will lead initiatives to improve the Import Fees experience for XB customers. You will define the longterm strategy and vision to meet evolving customer needs. You will handle complex product development and business management scenarios proactively identifying gaps/opportunities to then develop a suite of products to solve the problems.
The ideal candidate thrives on datadriven decision making has solid product management background combined with an experience in leveraging ML to improve prediction accuracy. S/he can develop and drive highlevel strategic initiatives but also roll up their sleeves dig in and get the job done. Strong business judgment ability to influence crossfunctional teams customercentric and creative mindset with strong analytical skills are essential. This opportunity requires excellent product management prioritization and communication skills as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Key job responsibilities Define a datadriven product vision develop business cases requirements and prioritize competing opportunities. Work directly with engineering to build exceptional products and manage annual roadmap. Understand customer (external and internal) needs define clear requirements and execute to high expectations in a fastpaced environment. Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations working with business operations tech and BI teams to define and deliver solutions. Anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management and make tradeoffs to balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience Bachelors degree or equivalent Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
