Join our dynamic Data & Analytics team to elevate virtual branch performance through innovative data solutions.
As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Data and Analytics team you leverage data analysis tools to solve business problems and enhance virtual branch activity and performance. You collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and strategic guidance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage a wide range of data analysis tools and techniques to solve business problems centered around virtual branch activity and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable reporting and visualization solutions.
- Design develop and implement interactive dashboards scorecards and reports that summarize complex data findings in a clear concise and effective manner.
- Develop compelling data stories that effectively communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders leveraging storytelling best practices.
- Create executivelevel presentations and reports that provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline such as business finance economics engineering statistics information systems or mathematics with 7 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Experience in wrangling large complex datasets strong database skills and ability to write optimize and tune complex SQL scripts.
- Handson experience with standard data analytics tools and technologies (SQL Tableau Alteryx & Snowflake).
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to manage and deliver in an innovationoperated and fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think both independently and collaboratively to implement creative solutions that solve business problems with attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader purpose and business objectives.
