The Windmill is a famous pub restaurant & 42bedroom boutique hotel situated on Clapham Common were a very dogfriendly business (so liking dogs is a must for any applicant) our previous pub dog Max was a local celebrity.
Were always busy and looking for people that can deliver great customer service with big smiles even when the place is packed. We serve a range of beers cocktails and the best in modern British seasonal food.

As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuinepassion for exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to teammanagement. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success ofour pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delightour customers. You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us.
