Job Description
Job Summary: Provides academic instruction and student academic support for assigned classes in the areas. Performs tasks designed to ensure the quality and consistency of academic instruction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree in Humanities Arts Cultural Studies or a related field
Hiring Range:Based on credit hour workload
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework or equivalent professional/creative experience related to nonWestern (African Asian Latin American or Native American) arts and culture
Experience in visual and/or performing arts demonstrated through academic coursework teaching creative practice or scholarship
Interdisciplinary teaching or research experience that connects historical cultural and artistic perspectives

Equipment Requirements for part time casual adjunct and instructor positions:
It is HACCs expectation that candidates selected for this role will provide their own technology equipment.
Your own computer (Windows Linux or Macintosh desktop or laptop) with current web browser installed (Firefox Edge Safari Chrome) to broadband internet connection at all times during employment (DSL 4G/LTE FIOS Satellite or Cable/Xfinity/Comcast which enables you to communicate synchronously during meetings and other events such as USB Headset speaker and microphone captioning services adaptive technology assistive devices etc.
