Location: Reading Contract: FullTime Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance
A respected and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking an experienced and compassionate SENCO to take a lead role in supporting learners with complex needs this September. Your Role as SENCO:
Youll lead the coordination of SEND provision supporting teaching staff and specialists in delivering highquality differentiated learning. Youll oversee EHCP reviews contribute to wholeschool strategy and work closely with families and external services. Youll play a vital role in shaping inclusive practice across the school.
Who Were Looking For:
A qualified SENCO (or someone working towards the NASENCO qualification) with a deep understanding of SEND frameworks outstanding organisational skills and a warm supportive leadership style. Experience in an SEN setting is highly desirable. An enhanced DBS is essential.
