About the Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a fastgrowing outsourced IT support company. They are currently onboarding many new clients and need to grow their team to offer each of them excellent service. You will be working at the companys offices in Limassol Cyprus.
What Youll Do:
As an IT Support Officer your main ongoing task will be helping clients with various IT support activities from basic troubleshooting to installing and configuring IT systems.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot IT issues for multiple clients via email chat and remote access
- Install configure and maintain desktops laptops and office equipment
- Manage user accounts access controls and basic network setups
- Monitor systems apply updates and ensure data backups are working
- Document issues and resolutions for ongoing support efficiency
Requirements:
The successful candidate must meet the following conditions:
- 13 years of IT support experience (Level 1 or 2
- Solid understanding of Windows OS Office 365 and basic networking
- Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer AnyDesk etc.
- Great communication skills and a customerfirst mindset
- Bonus: Experience with small business environments or outsourcing
