As our Sales & Marketing Manager youll wear two hats and wear them well.
On the one hand youll lead our gotomarket strategy: defining messaging crafting campaigns and ensuring BANQR becomes the name people trust for embedded finance solutions.
On the other hand youll be handson in sales: generating leads nurturing relationships and closing deals. Youll own the full funnel and play a key role in scaling our customer base and partner ecosystem.

Tasks
- Endtoend sales ownership: From lead generation to closing deals youll be the face of BANQR to our future clients.
- Develop & execute B2B marketing strategies: Position our products in the market create messaging that resonates and run crosschannel campaigns.
- Own our digital presence: Website SEO LinkedIn and targeted campaigns youll make sure were visible where it counts.
- Content creation & management: From whitepapers and case studies to presentations and videos youll tell the BANQR story in compelling ways.
- Lead generation & nurturing: Build funnels optimize conversions and work closely with your future self (as the sales rep) to close the loop!
- Build strong partnerships: Comarket with banks ERP partners and consultancies to strengthen our ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work with leadership product and customer success to align messaging and campaigns with customer needs.
- Lay the groundwork for future growth: Opportunity to build and lead your own team as we scale.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales and/or marketing ideally in FinTech ERP or financial services.
- You thrive on both concept and : from building strategies to rolling up your sleeves and making it happen.
- Proven experience with marketing automation CRM systems SEO/SEA and social media campaigns (especially LinkedIn).
- Sales mindset: You enjoy engaging with clients understand consultative selling and have a natural closing instinct.
- Strong sense of branding storytelling and audiencefocused communication.
- A handson getitdone attitude combined with strategic thinking.
- Very good German and good English skills.
- Experience building partner ecosystems is a plus!
