Tasks

• Rebuilding and scaling the Imeon MVP into a stable mobile app (Flutter or React Native)
• Developing backend architecture using Firebase Supabase or
• Ensuring performance scalability and security of the platform
• Collaborating closely with the founding team (Nils & Ari) to shape the technical vision
• Leading technical decisionmaking and (later) assembling a dev team
• Driving product improvements and preparing for future funding rounds
• Bringing creative input and technical expertise to help shape a highimpact gamified ecosystem

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and visionary developer with the following profile:

• 5 years of experience in mobile and/or fullstack development
• Proficiency in Flutter or React Native and backend tools like Firebase Supabase or
• Strong understanding of app architecture performance and data security
• Experience building MVPs or scalable products from scratch
• Passion for startups innovation and usercentric product development
• Independent proactive and solutionoriented mindset
• Interest in Web3 gamification or cryptobased ecosystems (a plus)
• Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required)
• Open to joining a startup longterm as a cofounder with equity compensation
