Job Description
Formation Environmental LLC (Formation) is currently seeking a motivated and talented Project Scientist or Engineer with a strong background in CERCLA regulation compliance and applying the principles of contaminant fate and transport to characterize environmental conditions and evaluate contaminant source contributions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude in planning and implementing hydrogeological and geochemical investigations analyzing/modeling data preparing interpretive reports familiarity with divisibility strategies for cleanup liability and communicating with clients and regulatory agencies.
Skills :
- Data organization interpretation and presentation
- Evaluating current and/or historical multisource contaminant contributions to the environment at hazardous waste mining and/or petrochemical industry sites
- Researching and synthesizing complex historical records and connecting this information to technically based fate and transport interpretations
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams comprised of various technical experience levels to perform data collection and reporting
- Planning and implementing projects in accordance with environmental regulations
- Leading meetings with project stakeholder and facilitating effective collaboration
