Job Description
- Develop detailed solution architecture and design for Oracle HCM applications.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to assess user requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Manage data migration processes from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud systems with thirdparty applications and services.
- Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Ensure system configurations align with business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Document technical specifications and architectural designs;
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions before deployment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
- Stay uptodate with Oracle HCM Cloud new features and industry trends.
- Monitor system performance and resolve any technical issues.
- Train endusers on new systems and technologies to ensure effective adoption.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on HCM.
- Strong experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Proven experience in cloud technologies and their deployment.
- Indepth knowledge of HR processes and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar platforms preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required for project implementation.
- Understanding of system development lifecycles.
- Ability to stay organized and work on complex projects independently.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
