- Oracle Cloud Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions including system design configuration testing deployment and optimization
- Process Optimization: Design and optimize service logistics processes to improve efficiency accuracy and customer experience
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables manage resources and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to specification
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance IT sales and cloud supply chain teams to ensure the service logistics solution aligns with business needs and integrates smoothly with other systems
- System Understanding: Have a working knowledge of Customer Service Management processes like understanding Depot Repair Service Request and Work Order Parts Requirements Field Service Parts and Technician requirements Debrief Process and Managing Charges and Estimates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Service Logistics focused on Oracle Cloud solutions
- Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing Oracle Cloud Service Logistics modules
- Strong project management skills and experience leading complex projects.
- Deep understanding of service logistics process flows including associated financial processes
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and technical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholder groups

- Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management Certification
