Job Title: Senior Development Engineer (TypeScript React Python)
Location: PuneChennai

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Development Engineer with expertise in TypeScript React and Python to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining complex web applications and microservices. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams contribute to technical architecture and drive the implementation of scalable efficient and highperformance solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop highquality scalable web applications and microservices using TypeScript React and Python.
- Collaborate with product managers UX/UI designers and other engineers to build cuttingedge features and ensure high standards of user experience.
- Implement and optimize fullstack solutions ensuring they are reliable maintainable and performanceoptimized.
- Develop and maintain microservices and APIs using Python and ensure seamless integration with frontend systems built in React and TypeScript.
- Work with AWS services to deploy applications and manage cloud infrastructure.
- Leverage ElasticSearch to handle search and analytics requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across both the frontend and backend.
- Utilize Postgres/NoSQL DB for data storage and management.
- Drive continuous improvement through the integration of CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast reliable and automated deployments.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are adopting best practices and new tools that will benefit the team and the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on TypeScript React and Python.
- Solid experience with AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambda RDS etc. and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of ElasticSearch with handson experience in search and indexing.
- Proficiency in designing and building microservices architectures.
- Handson experience with Postgres and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB DynamoDB).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Experience in fullstack development and a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with other frontend frameworks and technologies such as or Angular.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
