Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid Available)
Position: Fulltime Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist with expertise in HR Payroll and related modules. You will implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients ensuring smooth integrations effective troubleshooting and optimal deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and configurations.
- Provide expertise on HR Payroll SelfService and Compensation modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients for seamless system integration.
- Ensure efficient deployment and testing of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud advancements.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR Payroll and Talent Management modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and system integrations.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Oracle certifications (preferred).
