Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive daily weekly and monthly sales targets in line with boutique goals.
- Lead by example on the shop floor offering clients a luxury personalized shopping experience.
- Support clienteling initiatives and loyalty engagement strategies to build customer relationships and retention.
- Resolve customer issues with discretion and uphold high standards of service.
- Drive the sales associates to deliver on targets by also exploring out of store sales opportunities
Team Management
- Support in training motivating and managing the sales team to deliver on KPIs and brand standards.
- Act as the acting manager in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Foster a highperformance culture with regular coaching and performance feedback.
Operations & Merchandising
- Ensure the store is always wellstocked wellpresented and visually merchandised according to Ashluxury s standards.
- Coordinate with inventory and backoffice teams to manage stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Monitor and maintain operational procedures including cash handling POS processes and store opening/closing checklists.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on store KPIs including sales per associate conversion rate footfall vs. transactions and product performance.
- Share insights on customer behavior and product feedback with the buying and marketing teams.
Brand Representation
- Be an ambassador for ASHLUXURY ensuring team members communicate the brand story with clarity and pride.
- Stay updated with brand knowledge fashion trends and luxury customer expectations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a premium or luxury retail environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detailoriented organized and resultsdriven.
- Flexible to work weekends holidays and peak retail periods.
- Passion for fashion culture and lifestyle.
Preferred:
- Experience in fashion/luxury retail in Nigeria or internationally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and clienteling best practices.
