Job Description
The Mission
Logistics isn t just about movement it s about momentum. As the Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor you will lead over 30 personnel across a multisite warehouse operation including finished goods facilities and a large raw materials distribution site. Your mission is to stabilize modernize and inspire. You ll guide experienced teams through critical system upgrades new procedures and operational growth all while keeping the human connection at the center of change.
Performance Objectives
Oversee daily operations across 8 warehouse locations 7 finished goods 1 raw materials) managing more than 30 team members across various shifts and functions.
Drive adoption of new systems and workflows including the rollout of SAP S/4HANA ensuring team buyin and handson support throughout implementation.
Coach mentor and influence a team that includes many longtenured employees helping shift mindsets build trust and embrace change.
Collaborate across shifts with sitebased supervisors to ensure seamless consistent standards and 24/7 operational alignment.
Own warehouse KPIs for shipping receiving inventory accuracy and safety while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and throughput.

Requirements
- Must have served in the U.S. Army Navy Marine Corps Air Force Coast Guard Space Force Reserves or National Guard.
- At least 5 years of logistics warehousing or shipping experience with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience navigating ERP transitions (SAP preferred) with a track record of successful change management.
- Ability to manage multisite operations and coordinate across shifts and teams. Strong communication skills leadership presence and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard. NCO/Supervisor who is a well-rounded technician. Will supervise one person and be hands on for now. Strong communications and ability to think outside the box.
