Location: Cumming GA
Service Setting: Hospital Inpatient
Coverage Type: Clinical Only
Coverage Period: 06/01/2025 08/01/2025
Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Behavioral Health assessments
History and physical exams
Care coordination - (Other procedures TBD by facility protocol)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active GA license
Board: Certified NP or PA in Behavioral Health or relevant specialty
DEA: Active DEA Certification (if prescribing)
Certifications: BLS (preferred)
Experience: At least 1 2 years preferred in Behavioral Health setting
Other Qualifications: Strong EMR skills collaborative team approach
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform patient history and physicals
- Manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with care team
- Provide direct care to behavioral health patients
- Document thoroughly and accurately within the EMR
- Communicate effectively with patients families and interdisciplinary staff
