About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to provide onsite leadership oversee daily operations and drive efficiency in our highperformance warehouse team. In this role you will ensure productivity targets are met maintain compliance with safety regulations and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Your ability to organize workflows and inspire your team will be critical to our operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Warehouse Operations Organize workflows delegate tasks and ensure efficiency in material handling storage and retrieval processes.
- Drive Productivity & Team Engagement Monitor and coach employees to achieve performance targets while maintaining a motivated team.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance Uphold stringent safety protocols enforce best practices and maintain a clean wellorganized workspace.
- Optimize Logistics & Inventory Management Utilize specialized logistics software to track inventory shipments and warehouse activity.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment Safely use forklifts and other warehouse machinery to support daily operations.
- Foster a Culture of Excellence Represent company values through professionalism customer satisfaction and process improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate s degree preferred. Bachelor s degree desired.
- Experience:
- 35 years of experience in a lead or supervisory position within a warehouse or facility environment.
- 24 years of experience preferred for those with an Associate s degree.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in inventory management and data entry software.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent organizational time management and interpersonal skills.
- Safety Commitment: Unwavering dedication to regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
