Job Description
The Mission
This role isn t about managing from a desk it s about leading from the floor. As a Maintenance Supervisor you ll command a small skilled team across two unique industrial sites: one established and steady the other innovative and growing. Your mission is to stabilize systems build proactive maintenance plans and use data to reduce downtime and elevate team performance. For the right E5 leader this is a postmilitary opportunity to bring structure foresight and into a highimpact role where your leadership matters daily.
Performance Objectives
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Design and implement PM systems that extend equipment lifespan reduce emergency repairs and keep production online.
Inventory & Asset Control Create digital tracking for tools and parts; reduce shortages and increase readiness through disciplined inventory practices.
Downtime Analytics Maintain logs analyze trends and use operational data to drive smarter maintenance scheduling and continuous improvement.
KPI Development Establish and report on technician productivity system reliability and compliance to preventive schedules.
Team Leadership Lead coach and develop a tightknit team of two technicians one of whom serves as a site SME into a disciplined missionaligned unit.
Site Support & Operational Continuity Serve as the technical lead across both sites ensuring uptime addressing breakdowns and maintaining system integrity.

Requirements
Must have served in the U.S. Army Navy Marine Corps Air Force Coast Guard Space Force Reserves or National Guard.
Experience in industrial maintenance operations or technical leadership (military or civilian).
Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems inventory processes and mechanical/electrical repair.
Comfortable using CMMS platforms spreadsheets and dashboards for maintenance tracking.
Proven ability to lead or mentor small teams in highstakes reliabilitycritical environments.

Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard. NCO/Supervisor who is a well-rounded technician.
