Profile Requirements:

  • Sales Coordination Experience: Minimum 2.5 5 years of experience in a sales coordinator or lead management role preferably within the moving transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to work with numbers generate reports and analyze metrics to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools is an advantage: Handson experience with SmartMoving CRM or similar platforms to manage lead tracking and sales data.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication abilities to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking leads creating reports and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • ProblemSolving Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions to optimize the sales process and improve team performance.

Core responsibilities:

  • Monitor Sales Performance: Track and analyze the performance of the sales team focusing on key metrics like lead volume conversion rates and client retention to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate Daily Reports: Create detailed reports on inbound leads followup schedules and sales metrics each morning providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Oversee Lead Management: Ensure all inbound leads are addressed promptly monitor delayed responses and identify sources of inefficiencies in lead handling.
  • Support Process Improvement: Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies address reasons for lost leads and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure FollowUp : Monitor and confirm that all followups are scheduled and completed maintaining consistency in client engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Work with Data: Analyze sales data to identify trends provide recommendations and help optimize the sales process to align with business objectives.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
