Job Description
As a QA/Admin Checklist Verifier you ll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of AIprocessed legal documents within an innovative property technology platform. This position combines attention to detail with cuttingedge technology as you verify and validate important property transaction documents. You ll be part of a team ensuring the quality and accuracy of an AIpowered system that s transforming how property transactions are processed in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of AIprocessed property and legal documents
- Compare and validate information across multiple document types
- Review 10page documents against established checklists
- Process approximately 48 verifications daily 6 per hour)
- Draft executive summaries of verified documents when required
- Maintain detailed records of verification processes
- Flag and escalate any discrepancies or concerns
- Contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with document verification or quality control
- Basic understanding of legal or property documentation preferred
- Ability to maintain focus on detailed repetitive tasks
- Strong English comprehension and writing skills
- Ability to work Australian Eastern Time Zone hours
- Experience with document management systems beneficial
- Comfort working with structured checklists and processes
