Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday Friday 9 AM 6 PM (LA PST) including a 1hour unpaid break.
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Prepare examine and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial standards and regulations.
Develop implement and maintain financial databases accounting software systems and manual filing systems.
Prepare and analyze budgets comparing budgeted versus actual costs.
Analyze business operations trends costs revenues financial commitments and obligations to forecast future revenues and expenses.
Provide strategic financial recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
Liaise with external auditors tax agents and regulatory bodies to ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Collaborate with management teams to support datadriven financial decisions.
Stay updated on the latest financial and tax regulations to ensure company practices align with statutory requirements.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
5 to 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and related tools.
Advanced analytical and numerical abilities.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience handling financial accounting for international or countryspecific clients.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as Xero QuickBooks FreshBooks MYOB etc.
Holding a professional certification such as CPA CMA or ACCA.
Familiarity with financial regulations and standards in specific countries or regions.
Experience conducting internal and external audits.
