What you will do:
Lead and manage all web development projects from planning to delivering on time and within scope.
Collaborate closely with designers marketers and strategists to create impactful digital solutions that align with client objectives.
Ensure websites are highly responsive userfriendly and optimized for performance accessibility and SEO.
Drive the implementation of best practices for web development including coding standards security protocols and performance optimization.
Manage serverrelated tasks including hosting configurations server management load balancing and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex website and serverrelated issues promptly ensuring minimal downtime.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies and trends leveraging them to enhance development strategies.
Mentor and guide the web development team fostering skill development innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
Proven experience as a web developer with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong expertise in web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript PHP and frameworks like Laravel or similar.
Indepth knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress Shopify or Drupal.
Handson experience with server management including web hosting server configurations CDN DNS management and SSL implementation.
Proficiency in API integrations and working with RESTful services.
Familiarity with database management (e.g. MySQL MongoDB) and version control systems like Git.
Experience working with clients in India and the US understanding their distinct requirements.
Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to effectively liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.
2-4 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. Strong team player with a go-getter mindset. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Robust analytical skill set. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, and persuasive skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting and managing deadlines.
