Job Description

Department – Commercial Analytics Finance GBS

The position:

As a Global Process Manager at Novo Nordisk you will:

  • Support internal communications with Articles on key events and project updates via intranet and content emails. Develop presentations for Management and team. Slide development and updates including Developing slide design concepts and layouts and Chart drawing and updates.
  • Responsibilities include writing researching and developing content visual design and multimedia and production of presentations some technical configurations and support for presentations. Experience in designing and building a compelling structured and logical storyboard.
  • Demonstrates a strategic and systematic decisionmaking approach to communicating data through text graphics images and/or other communication choices. Translates business strategies to highquality PowerPoint slides quickly effectively and autonomously.
  • Excellent oral and written communications and editorial skills with communications and project management experience. Should be comfortable working directly with the management team. Prepare the project plans track project milestones and own end to end responsibility for the projects.
  • Strong project management skills in resolving multiple dependencies from different teams spread in different geographies across Novo Nordisk. Ongoing alignment on project milestones and deliverables from the inhouse process experts and Business Finance teams. Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review Create and maintain close partnership to relevant stakeholders. Experience in project management process excellence senior stakeholder Planner and Insight generation.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • MBA Bachelor’s degree from recognized university (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge on design tools (photoshop coral draw) – Preferred.
  • PMP or similar project management training. Minimum of 3 experience around this area.
  • 1214 Years of experience analytics domain. Experience from an International work environment.
  • Strong Project Management skills and experience – proven track record in supporting operational excellence Process efficiency Lean projects and experience with ERP system (SAP)
  • Selfdriven and dedicated/desire to influence. Functional competencies (Includes knowledge’s and Skills).
  • Drive project problem solving including defining and clarifying problems structuring and prioritizing issues identifying analyses and approach and developing recommendations.
  • Strong and proven skills within stakeholder management and change management.
  • Ability to work with and challenge stakeholders at the highest organizational level
  • Excellent communication skills and clearly spoken English with no mother tongue influence.
