Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP PS Consultant with 8 years of experience in Project Systems (PS) along with specialized expertise in Workforce Planning SAP PPM/CPM Result Analysis and Progress Analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving endtoend project system implementations ensuring accurate project tracking cost control resource management and project performance analysis.
Job Requirements / Qualification / Skills
• 8 years of experience in SAP PS (Project Systems) across multiple endtoend implementations and support projects.
• Handson experience in Workforce Planning using SAP PS/PPM/CPM functionalities.
• Strong expertise in SAP PPM or SAP CPM modules including portfolio management project management and commercial project management.
• Deep experience in configuring Result Analysis methods (costbased revenuebased dynamic).
• Practical knowledge in setting up Progress Analysis (percentage of completion milestone billing etc..
• Excellent understanding of project accounting cost controlling (COPS integration) and billing processes.
• Integration experience with SAP modules like FI CO MM SD and HR.
• Strong problemsolving skills proactive mindset and client management abilities.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design configuration and deployment of SAP PS solutions aligned to project management processes.
• Implement and support Workforce Planning within SAP PS and integration with HR and resource management tools.
• Design and deploy SAP PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) or CPM (Commercial Project Management)functionalities for project lifecycle management.
• Configure and support Result Analysis to calculate project revenue cost of sales and WIP (Work in Progress) scenarios.
• Implement Progress Analysis techniques for monitoring project milestones deliverables and earned value management.
• Gather business requirements perform detailed gap analysis and create functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Finance Procurement and HR to ensure endtoend process integration.
• Support clients during project audits reviews and financial reporting related to project performance.
• Conduct workshops user training and postgolive support for SAP PS and PPM/CPM areas.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders providing insights on industry best practices and continuous improvements.
• Act as a mentor to junior consultants and project team members.
