Location: Gurgaon India
Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office Monday – Friday All 5 Days)
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Senior Legal Professional you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel contract negotiation and risk assessment for the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Drafting reviewing and negotiating a broad range of crossborder commercial contracts including but not limited to:
Airline Partnerships & Aviation Agreements
Engineering & Digital Contracts
IT & Technology Agreements
HR Marketing & Commercial Contracts
Loyalty Marketing Agreements
Venture M&A Private Equity & Investment Transactions
Providing strategic legal advice to business stakeholders to mitigate risks while ensuring business growth and compliance.
Managing highvalue complex transactions ensuring alignment with global regulatory and compliance requirements.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Finance HR Marketing IT and Operations to address legal matters effectively.
Ensuring compliance with local and international laws corporate policies and industryspecific regulations.
Leading and advising on contract risk assessments dispute resolution and litigation management when required.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership providing insights on emerging legal trends contract strategies and negotiation tactics.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for highly skilled legal professionals who can handle multiple contracts and negotiations simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have:
1720 years of PostQualification Experience (PQE) in transactional commercial contracts.
Strong expertise in contract drafting negotiation and risk assessment.
Prior experience in law firms or corporate legal departments within industries such as:
ITITES & Technology
Airlines & Aviation
Oil & Gas / Power & Infrastructure
Consulting & Professional Services
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Private Equity and Venture Capital
Proven ability to manage crossborder legal matters and multijurisdictional contracts.
Strong understanding of corporate law regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a highpressure environment balancing multiple priorities.
