Job Description
Fares & Shopping Implementation team is responsible for product delivery and providing services/ consulting on airline preshopping/shopping/pricing products regardless of the touchpoint used by the airline. As part of our dynamic team you will serve as the primary point for airlines implementing our product portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities
Act as main point of contact for delivering products that fall under fares team portfolio (Amadeus Ticket Changer/ Shopping products/ OB fee/ Branded Fares etc.
Serve as the dedicated implementation point of contact managing multiple product implementations for different airlines simultaneously you will analyze customer requirements and manage product delivery in both test and production environments.
Provide solutioning and filing consultancy offering filing guidelines to meet airline requirements during product implementation (e.g. CAT31 CAT33 OB fees RecS8 etc..
Offer functional support during the test phase and manage project activities including planning followup and support during implementation.
Troubleshoot and provide firstlevel support for any issues that arise during the test phase of your projects.
Lead knowledge sharing and the industrialization of new Amadeus solutions within the team
Participate in the creation and improvement of implementation processes.
Engage in service and consultancy opportunities by creating and delivering new services around the products portfolio within the teams scope. Analyze customer service requirements assess product usage define tailored service proposals and deliver them to the customer.
Skills
Strong functional knowledge in the airline fares and pricing domain including ATPCo fares categories OB fee Branded fares etc.
Good knowledge of the Airline IT landscape
Knowledge of Amadeus products will be an added advantage
