Job Description

This role ensures smooth T&C operations fosters a positive work culture and enhances employee engagement while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. The position requires strong leadership excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment.

  • Assist in managing endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires including orientation programs and documentation.
  • Handle work permits and visa processing in compliance with Maldivian labor laws.
  • Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Promote diversity equity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Assist in implementing employee satisfaction surveys and action plans based on feedback.
  • Assist in payroll processing ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure T&C policies align with Maldivian labor laws and resort standards.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Support audits and compliance checks related to T&C functions.
  • Work closely with the Talent & Culture Manager on T&C strategy and initiatives.
  • Represent the T&C department in meetings and resort activities as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry HR trends and best practices to improve T&C operations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in HR preferably in luxury resorts hotels or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of Maldivian labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment employee engagement and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Fusion and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
