Job Description
As a Data Entry Clerk at Nexmos Design you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining a variety of data into our internal systems. Your work will ensure that our records are uptodate organized and accurate contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
Responsibilities
Input high volumes of data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy
Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
Update and maintain databases spreadsheets and digital files
Retrieve data from internal and external sources as needed
Organize and file documents both physically and electronically
Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data processing
Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data protection policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong typing skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
