Job Description
Directly reporting to the Inventory Lead this position helps to ensure that Everett location maintains accurate stock levels allowing us to provide our customers with a steady rate of service. Also performing stock adjustments returns and validate received merchandise this position plays a critical role in making sure the store i staged stocked and ready to serve.
This is a FullTime job working 40 hours per week with overtime eligibility!
Store Hours are Monday Friday from 6:55am 6:05pm Saturday from 7:55am 5:05pm.
The current available schedule(s) are:
M F 9:30am 6:00pm
Qualifications :
Employees must possess the ability to perform the following duties:
- Counting stock and completing inventory counts
- Running stock checks
- Investigating stock discrepancies
- Organizing and managing vendor Creditnotes; Including tagging and staging
- Managing cullpiles for credit or field destroy
- Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices
- Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with Dunn Lumbers core values
- Other duties as assigned
To perform this job successfully applicants should have competent typing skills proficiency in general computer operations possess a positive and collaborative attitude and must be able to lift/push materials up to 40 LBS throughout the shift.
Additional Information :
This is an entry level position with a paid twoweek training period and continued learning while employed. The twoweek training is completed on site with your supervisor or at a *Training Yard with the Training Department. The training for this position will focus on product knowledge Point of Sale software and yard operations.
*Training hours are Monday Friday 8am 4pm and is required
This position is in a yard/retail environment. This position is largely active and requires employees to be on their feet for most of the shift. The noise level is moderate to loud.
