Key Duties and Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Performance Metrics
- Provide leadership and training to foster an innovative and engaged work environment.
- Utilize datadriven decisionmaking tools to analyze and measure the effectiveness of optimization initiatives.
- Generate actionable insights to support business growth and performance improvements.
Database & Digital Solutions Management
- Develop and manage Pilmicos eLearning content and design.
- Maintain and optimize the SOS database ensuring timely feedback to learning partners and sales team managers.
- Lead digital solutions initiatives ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
Training & Development
- Training Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and prioritize learning needs across stakeholders. Design and implement strategies to address these gaps and support performance optimization.
- Training Design and Delivery: Design implement and manage training programs materials and evaluations that support performance optimization. Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure training meets organizational needs.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and evaluate training modules related to leadership sales negotiation skills and technical knowledge. Assess learning effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance the training curriculum.
- Training Implementation: Enhance sales support efficiency by developing and deploying effective training guides and tools. Coordinate training sessions for sales teams management and support personnel.
Administrative & Strategic Support
- Prepare presentations and sales support documentation for team and management use.
- Lead and participate in adhoc projects and programs within the department.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies brand policies and best practices in performance optimization.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as:
- Human Resources Management
- Organizational Development
- Psychology
- Education or Training and Development
- Business Administration
- Communications
- Masters degree or additional certifications in Training & Development Business Optimization or Project Management is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in sales operations training & development business optimization or a related field.
- Proven track record in data analysis process improvement and digital solutions implementation.
License/s:
Other Requirements:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
- Proficiency in elearning tools and digital training platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Data analysis and reporting related to training effectiveness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed for training and business development initiatives
