Groundskeeper

• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance as prescribed or assigned.
• Install repair and perform periodic maintenance to sprinkler and irrigation
• systems.
• Safely and effectively operate lawn mower trimmer edger chainsaw
• power trimmer and other equipment used in lawn and ground maintenance.
• Safely and properly apply chemicals including but not limited to fertilizers
• herbicides and pesticides.
• Plant grass trees flowers and shrubs using gardening tools.
• Maintain drive ways parking lots and walkways by removing debris litter
• snow and/or ice.
• Assist with basic maintenance to equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Must possess basic knowledge of necessary equipment and the appropriate safety standards.
• Must be able to perform duties in direct exposure to the weather which may include periods of extreme heat cold or inclement weather.
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Must be able to stoop kneel bend crouch and work in confined areas.
• Must be able to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to carry and communicate by twoway radio.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Additional Information :

Compensation pay range $15.00 $16.25 an hour
