Responsible for overall operations of the marketing department. Designs and implements marketing plans promotions and guides any marketing research projects. Measures marketing promotional success and assists in the creation of the overall marketing strategy for the property.
Coordinate all property creative works with agency to maintain consistency throughout company and property (i.e. print/magazine publications and contracts entertainment needs outdoor creative advertising and contracts etc.
Manage all marketing staff by hiring developing evaluating and discipline as necessary for the department.
Develop and maintain all departmental budgets and create communications and weekly forecasts.
Report and analyze successfulness of various marketing campaigns promotions contracts national sales etc. for communication to property managers and
Responsible for design and implementation of all charitable donations community relations and on/off property sponsorship events and requests.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Advertising or related field.
3 to 5 years marketing management experience with casino marketing experience a plus .
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS office products.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
