We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads qualifying prospects and closing sales deals. Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads. Utilize various lead sources including databases marketing campaigns and referrals. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize opportunities.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs provide product information and address inquiries. Build rapport with prospects to create lasting relationships. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Tailor presentations to match the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals with prospective clients. Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closures.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities in the CRM system. Track and report on sales metrics including conversion rates and leadtoopportunity ratios.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
Identify key market trends opportunities and challenges to drive business development.
Effectively attaining sales targets to the fulfillment of organizational objectives ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering sustained business growth.
Provide regular and comprehensive reports on sales performance key metrics and market trends.
Analyze data to make informed decisions and continuously improve sales strategies.
Qualifications :
