Are you passionate about leveraging data to enhance decisionmaking streamline processes and improve patient experiences Join our Data Analytics Team as a Senior Decision Scientist and play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare analytics.
What Youll Be Doing:
Develop & Implement Advanced Analytics
- Build and deploy data products and applications using SQL and Python to enhance decisionmaking automation and optimisation.
- Apply advanced statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover opportunities for business process automation and optimisation.
EndtoEnd Solution Development
- Design and implement scalable analytic solutions while adhering to team standards and frameworks.
- Work closely with Data Platform Engineers & Machine Learning Developers to productionise models and build userfriendly applications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in our analytics capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Impact
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement datadriven solutions that enhance business performance.
- Translate complex insights into clear actionable recommendations for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Play a key role in delivering against business OKRs and KPIs.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in a data science analytics or decision science role.
- Advanced SQL & Python skills for data analysis.
- Strong grasp of statistical methods and their business applications.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker).
- Handson experience with data apps & automation tools (Streamlit Google App Script etc..
- Excellent problem solver with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
