We are looking for exceptional Caregivers to join our Kenepuru village Summerset on the Landing.
This is a permanent parttime role to be performed across a rotational roster 4 shifts on 2 shifts off.

This is a busy and diverse role assisting residents with their daytoday activities such as showering delivering meals and much more. Therefore you will need to be resilient kind and patient while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide personal care to residents under the guidance of the Registered Nurse including assistance with daily needs such as showering meals toileting and other tasks as outlined in individual care plans.
Foster respectful and supportive relationships with residents and their families to enhance mental emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Assist in delivering activity programs tailored to residents needs.
Contribute to creating a welcoming enjoyable and safe environment for residents visitors and staff.
Provide care assistance across the village including first aid response and support for residents in Care Centre Villas Apartments and Care Apartments as needed.
Adhere to policies and procedures maintain accurate records promptly report concerns and ensure professional and ethical conduct.
Perform additional tasks as required such as cleaning housekeeping laundry escorting residents or assisting with organized activities.
Qualifications :
To be a successful candidate you will:
Genuine interest in working with older people.
Empathy kindness patience and emotional resilience for challenging situations.
Strong communication skills.
Positive cando attitude be available to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings afternoon and weekends).
