Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer at RRS Group you will act as a technical visionary and leader within our crossfunctional team shaping the architecture and future of our platform. You will own the design and development of complex businesscritical applications ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality scalability and quality. Collaborating closely with product owners architects and other engineers youll provide thought leadership and mentor team members to achieve technical excellence.

Primary Objectives:
- Technical Leadership Drive the architecture design and development of enterpriselevel applications and establish engineering best practices across the team.
Qualifications :
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of at least 9 years in software development with a significant focus on .NET technologies architecture and cloud solutions.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of modern development practices including microservices architecture CI/CD pipelines and cloudnative development.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers and influencing crossfunctional teams.
Additional Information :
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $130.000 $240.000. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
