Job Description
ATPCO is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Product Managerto lead the strategic direction development and industry adoption of our Product Catalog initiativea critical platform shaping the future of airline pricing and merchandising. This role requires a highly skilled product leader with a proven track record of influencing crossindustry collaboration navigating complex ecosystems and delivering impactful product innovations. You will serve as the primary evangelist for Product Catalog partnering with internal teams and external industry leaders to ensure its success.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy market influence and industry transformation offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of airline commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drivethe vision strategy and roadmap for the Product Catalog ensuring alignment with ATPCOs longterm goals and customer needs.
- Lead the endtoend product lifecycle from ideation and definition through development and global rollout.
- Champion industry engagement and adoption effectively communicating the value of Product Catalog to airline partners GDSs and technology providers.
- Serve as the primary liaisonwith key external stakeholders to build consensus secure commitments and influence industry direction.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product Engineering Strategy Commercial and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive innovative solutions.
- Guide tradeoff decisions to optimize product value timeline and performance.
- Mentor senior product managersand contribute to a highperforming customercentric product culture.
- Provide executivelevel communication on product strategy adoption progress and market impact.
Qualifications
- 7 years of progressive experience in product management with a focus on leading complex highimpact initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in the airline travel tech or distributionspacedeep industry knowledge is a must in particular around offer creation.
- Strong track record of driving industry collaboration building trust with external partners and achieving adoption for crosscompany initiatives.
- Expertise in managing product strategy market positioning and stakeholder alignment at a global scale.
- Excellent communication negotiation and influence skills across technical and business audiences.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity make datainformed decisions and lead through complexity.
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field; MBA or Masters preferred.
