Job Description
The Report Specialist will be responsible for helping us live up to our promise of fast report turnaround while making sure that report quality is not compromised y the fast delivery. This position will report directly to the Ethical Audit Leader.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Review audit reports that come in from the field to make sure they are prepared accurately and according to format
- Validate incoming audit reports if they meet all the appropriate requirements
- Inform auditors promptly in c se of problems and followup to make sure any discrepancies are corrected
- Learn and apply internal guidelines and standards related to audit reporting through training provided by the company.
- Support the audit team in maintaining high reporting quality while meeting fast turnaround expectations.
Qualifications :
- A graduate in any field
- Preferably with a background in manufacturing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Problemsolving mindset proactive and teamoriented with a strong work ethic.
