Job Description
WHAT YOULL DO
As a Stylist at H&M Studios East Asia you will be working with mainly ecommerce productions on a regular an ongoing basis but you may also take on campaigns and other asset productions showcasing our assortment. You will be responsible for planning and executing the pre and on set styling with elevation top of mind in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. You will be entrusted to ensure that the visual expression of H&M is consistent with our brand tone of voice. You have the skillset to take on women men and kids lookbook styling for our Asia local assortment. This will require extensive competence and knowledge of a broad & varied customer target.
H&M Studios Korea is a vibrant creative house producing fashion content for H&M Asia assortment. We create model images product images and video assets for performance channels social media instore communication and more.
You collaborate with the Studio Creative Lead in setting visual concepts aligned with the brands identity.
Drive on point pre as well as on set styling with elevation top of mind .
You are a strong team collaborator being a H&M representative on set and collaborate with the team (external studio art director photographers external stylists hair and make up stylist etc) to ensure the best possible outcome.
You liaise with the global team driving the brand direction while staying updated on latest fashion trends for the Asia region.
Secure garment retouch in postproduction.
You are proactive and bring new ideas to constantly improve the workflow and shopping experience.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
As the Stylist youll act as a strategic specialist to the Studio Manager and ensure cross collaboration between the Global and omni teams such as the H&M Global Studios wider CA&M team Merchandising Visual Merchandising as well as Digital.
This role will be reporting to the Studio Manager.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
Fashion stylist experience with 3 years and a portfolio that demonstrates your experience.
Advanced understanding of the world of fashion where an interest and knowledge of women men and kids customer groups is a must.
And people who are
Thrive in a fastpaced environment and you have the ability to perform with consistency at speed and on an ongoing basis.
Creative detailoriented and you have excellent communication and collaboration skills
Deep understanding of the fashion industry including trends styles people brands media art and culture.
Vast experience an eye for detail and a proven track record in the fashion industry with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise.
