The Vattenfall Business Area (BA) Customer & Solutions is looking for a motivated and activeBusiness Area Incident Management Officer based in Sweden! 

In this role a variety of tasks await you. As member of the BA Customer & Solutions Security & Resilience organization you will support the business in managing related risks. You will develop and implement suitable resilience processes in line with Vattenfall governance for BA Customers & Solutions. You will get to know our various activities in Northern Europe on site and connect with important stakeholders to improve resilience. As a Senior Expert you will be the responsible and contact person for overarching activities related to incident management and civil defence reporting directly to the BA Security Officer. 

Your main tasks: 

• Ensuring that an appropriate incident management structure is in place within BA Customers & Solutions that complies with internal and external requirements
• Develop and implement the civil defence strategy across BA Customers & Solutions.
• Planning exercises to test both business continuity planning civil defense planning and incident management
• Develop and conduct trainings for relevant personnel involved in incident & crisis management as well as civil defense
• Coordination and support to critical areas of the business (i.e. IT/OT) 
• Liaison between Corporate Security & Resilience and BA Customers & Solutions with regards to incident management and civil defense

Qualifications :

To succeed as Business Area Incident Management Officer you should have; 

• Extensive experience in an advisory capacity 
• At least 3 years of experience in business continuity civil defence Swedish Protective Security and/or incident management or related field (i.e. security risk management quality management etc. 
• Experience in applying relevant ISO standards (ISO 
• Completed studies on bachelors level or equal work life experience.  
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and oral) 
• Willingness to travel occasionally in Northern Europe
• Willing to join a duty organization with periodic oncall phone duties.
• Relevant certification / training is an advantage
