Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager (Customer Insights) to join the team for up to 12 months on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
At Delivery Hero youll shape the global consumer experience for millions of users. Your work will have a direct impact on how we attract and retain customers creating datadriven personalized interactions that keep them coming back. As part of our Consumer Team youll enhance customer satisfaction and drive global growth and profitability through innovative projects.
Lead the development and growth of our customer segmentation capabilities as part of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) by delivering highquality customer insights to empower internal stakeholders to personalize the customer experience across all Delivery Hero brands.
Contribute to defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the generation of customer insights in CDP aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Gather requirements from a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand their targeting needs and translate them into product features and capabilities.
Prioritize work so your team is always delivering on the most impactful projects.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering and data science to ensure successful product delivery.
Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of the content in CDP ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
Manage expectations of stakeholders and be transparent on progress and priorities.
Qualifications :
3 years as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful results with a focus on data platforms customer personalization or audience targeting.
Experience with managing complex datadriven products & participation in technical discussions with engineers/data scientists as well as nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets and adapt to changing business needs.
You are proactive intellectually curious and selfdriven.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills to surface stakeholder needs explain product capabilities and communicate roadmap decisions in a clear and concise way.
Nice to have:
Engineering/data science background or familiarity with live and batch computation APIs streaming technologies and data integrations.
Experience in working with OKRs.
Experience in building and managing complex software services at scale working with a global product that has stakeholders in different markets around the world.
