Summary of Job Description:
Brand Manager (Hematology) for Oncology Business Unit.
*Expected hiring grade (G15 or 16. Depending on career experience and interview evaluation.
Major Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other functions (Medical Sales etc. within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial programs for the products
- Develop marketing strategy by close collaboration with various stakeholders
- Support Indication lead for product portfolios and product life cycle plans
- Manage to the promotional budget with the Indication lead
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs
- Develop promotional materials such as promotional brochures and tools for HCPs and patients
- Plan and execute congress events such as sponsor seminars symposiums and advertisements
- Plan and execute training for sales force together with field training team
- External vendor management
- Internal / External stakeholder management
- Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation
