Job Description
Strategic Procurement Leadership
Develop and implement procurement strategies for both IT and nonIT goods and services. Lead sourcing for categories like office supplies facilities management travel transport Employee Insurance Events HR services Purchasing for corporate functions etc. Lead cost optimization initiatives across categories.
Vendor Management & Governance
Develop vendor evaluation models and performance metrics. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with internal controls / company policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead and mentor a highperforming multilocational procurement team. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (Finance Legal IT Admin etc. for seamless .
Process Optimization & Analytics
Implement bestinclass procurement tools systems and dashboards. Monitor procurement KPIs and reporting dashboards for Senior Management stakeholders.
Total Experience Expected: 1520 years
Qualifications :
MBA with engineering background. 15 years of throughout experience in procurement. Excellent communication negotiation persuasion and stakeholder management skills.
